A note for wheelchair users
We don’t currently operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so passengers need to be able to transfer into a car seat. Tell us about any mobility needs when you book and we’ll send the right car.

Family members can book – and pay – for journeys on behalf of a parent, grandparent or relative. Just give us the passenger’s details and any needs, and we’ll take it from there.
Regular journeys, same familiar driver
Regular appointments, shopping trips and visits can be booked in advance, with the same driver wherever the rota allows. Female drivers are available on request.
